Small-batch fruit pops · Local delivery

Fruit, frozen mid-act.

Whole watermelon, kiwi and strawberry, pressed cold and frozen slow. Keep scrolling to watch one come together.

01 — Watermelon

A whole slice, standing up.

Cold-pressed watermelon, a thread of lime, a pale rind of honeydew. Nothing else.

02 — The method

Same press. Same slow freeze. Different fruit.

02 — Kiwi Strawberry

Two fruits, one argument.

Speckled kiwi over crushed strawberry, with a whole kiwi coin frozen where you can see it.

03 — In the wild

Made to be held, not shelved.

Every box goes straight from our freezer to your hands. Here is what people do with them.

03 — In the wild

Frozen mid-act, everywhere.

Shot on phones, not in studios. Tag @popculture.pops and we'll send the best ones a box.

05 — How it is made

Thirty-six hours from fruit to freezer.

No purée, no concentrate, no shortcuts in the freezer. The whole process, start to finish.

Watermelon, kiwi, strawberries and lime on wet slate.
See how it gets to you
  1. 01

    Whole fruit, in season

Bought ripe, cut the same morning. We do not use purée, concentrate or anything that ships in a drum.

  2. 02

    Pressed cold

Juice is pressed below 4°C to keep the colour, the aroma and the bite. A little cane sugar balances the acid.

  3. 03

    Frozen slow, in layers

Each layer sets before the next is poured. Slow freezing means small crystals and a dense, glassy texture.

  4. 04

    Delivered frozen

Pops leave the freezer at −20°C in an insulated box with dry ice and arrive hard. Same day or next day, locally.

06 — Local delivery

Still frozen when it reaches your door.
